The Manticore has the body of a red lion, three rows of sharp teeth, a scorpion tail, and is winged. It shoots poisonous spikes to either paralyze or kill its victims, and devours its prey whole and leaves no clothes, bones, or possessions of the prey behind.
When Cronus alters the present in the Season 1 Finale "Time after Time", Odie is killed by a Manticore.
